Sandy beach,numeros plateaus for sunbathing, clear sea nad home made food makes Stobreč cosily residence. The vicinity of Split provide a good base to visit many cultural,historical sites. Near Stobreč there is a romantic canyon of river Žrnovnica, idyllically for a nice trip.

STOBREČ, city in middle Dalmatia, 6 km south-east Split. Man economy is agriculture, viticulture, fruit-growing, and tourism. Costal area west of Stobreč is steeply. Its on higway(M2, E65).
In antic time the greek colony, later roman village Epetium. On remains of bazilic sv. Lovre monastery building are adapted, and next to it new sv. Lovre has been built in middle age´s(later Lady from Karmel).

Cultural program :
Every week we organize street singers who amuse guests on street of Stobreć and local restaurans, sining Dalamtian and mediterian songs. In time of holiday Sv.Lovre,10.08.,we organize "fishing nite", rich cultural program and it lasts for 4 days,from 09.08 to 12.08. Stobreč offers rich gastronomical tender in restaurants and taverns, and in many caffe bars,pizzerijas,you can have a grat time till down.
